Materials

We use proven materials and technologies in our staircases.

In addition to fine woods, we work daily with glass, Corian, steel, stainless steel and brass. Where appropriate, we also use bronze, Corten and high quality leather. We are also increasingly using composite materials to create unique shapes. We use natural oils, waxes or environmentally friendly varnishes to finish wood surfaces. We protect steel with paints and patinas, and polish brass and stainless steel from deep matt to mirror finish.
